Hats off to Taylor Wimpey builders at Maple Park - from their number one fan!

Life doesn't get much better than this for a two-year-old boy - living adjacent to a building site and being able to look out the window and see all the diggers, cranes and super-friendly builders!

Every day sees a new adventure at Taylor Wimpey's Maple Park development in Liphook, Hampshire, where Max Duff lives with his mum Emma, dad John and baby brother Alex.
Max likes nothing better than looking out and seeing how many vehicles he can spot every day. In fact, he's such a keen fan that the Taylor Wimpey site staff have given him his very own hi-vis jacket and hard hat to wear - and he was even given special supervised permission to sit on a digger!

Emma says: "I've written to the regional Managing Director to send our compliments to the team working on site as they've just been brilliant - I can't praise them enough. We've lived here since March 2015 and it's really brought it home how hard they all work.

"They've all been so lovely to Max. He makes them little cards - they've made such an impression on him. Living here is just perfect for him, he just loves watching the diggers, from his window. In his little jacket and hat he looks like a Taylor Wimpey mascot!"

The family moved to their new four-bedroom 'Easton' home at Maple Park when Emma was pregnant with Alex. They were living in a three-bedroom semi in Ash, Surrey, and realised that with a baby on the way and John working from home one day a week, they would need more space.

"It was quite noticeable how much more we could get for our money by moving a few miles further down the A3," says Emma. "And we wanted a new-build - with a new baby due it was a really practical option, as we knew we wouldn't have to deal with anything like needing a new boiler or renovations. In addition to that, it is just a really lovely house with a great layout and an amazing master bedroom!"

The location and layout of Maple Park impressed the Duffs. Emma says: "There's a massive park nearby, which is ideal with two children under two. It's a great place to go walking, plus there's Sainsbury's close by and it's a five-minute walk to the mainline train station.

"The development feels really spacious, the garden is a good size and the house is filled with sunlight. I love the top-floor bedroom in our house - and the fact there are bedrooms to the front and back of the house on the first-floor. The baby has the room at the front, so when we're downstairs in the living room or out in the garden, he doesn't get disturbed."

The new properties at Maple Park have been so popular with Hampshire home-hunters that the development is now completely sold out, with building work on site currently in its final stages.

However, Taylor Wimpey is building new homes - including a choice of family-size four-bedroom properties similar to the 'Easton' chosen by the Duff family - at a range of other developments across Hampshire and the wider Southern Counties region, including:
