Hampshire Home Choice
Hampshire Home Choice is a scheme managed by East Hampshire District Council, Eastleigh Borough Council, Havant Borough Council, Test Valley Borough Council and Winchester City Council which advertises all vacant social housing in the five Council areas aiming to give customers choice in deciding where to live. Once your application has been accepted on to the Hampshire Home Choice housing register you can bid for properties available for rent. HomeSwapper is for social tenants (in rented property) who want a house to swap, flat swap or exchange their council house. This is also called mutual exchange. If you live in a Council house or Housing Association property you can swap.
